Three applications of a granular fertilizer are applied during the year.   Our fertilizer contains all the Major Elements; Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), Magnesium (Mg),  Sulfur (S) and all the Minor Elements; Manganese (Mn), Iron (Fe),  Boron (B),  Zinc (Zn),  Copper (Co), and Molybdenum (Mo). These nutrients help to keep the shrubs and trees healthy and strong.   Occasionally, certain shrubs and trees will require extra applications of fertilizer and/or specific minor elements.  As the need arises, these plants will be given the required nutrients for a nominal charge.

Special programs are available for the proper feeding of palms. Palm trees require more Mg, Mn, and K than most other plants and are treated accordingly. Palm trees may also require special fungicide and insecticide treatments for problems such as crown rot, weevils, and bores. Prices for these additional feedings and treatments will be discussed with the property owner prior to applications.

Plants are inspected on every visit to the property and treated for the following insects as needed:

Aphids, scales, meally bugs, caterpillars, mites, thrips, lace bugs, plus many others.
