Time released granular fertilizers are applied to the turf areas 3 times yearly in accordance with Florida’s BMP rules, giving your lawn a long lasting controlled feeding. Our fertilizer is a custom blended complete analysis with cheleted iron and all the major & minor elements required to meet the unique nutrient needs of your area.
 Inspections and treatments for all lawn destroying insects; chinch bugs, sod web worm, grubs & mole crickets, are made every month. To aid in the control of grubs and molecrickets, 1-2 applications of a grub preventative and molecricket bait are applied during the year. Additional treatments for the control of mole crickets and grubs are applied as needed for a nominal charge.
Inspections are made for lawn diseases throughout the year. Disease problems in the lawn will be treated for an additional charge.
Post and pre-emergence herbicides are applied every month as needed for the control of most broadleaf weeds. Special programs for the control of certain “hard to control weeds” are available.
The property is inspected monthly for insect and weed infestations. Monthly inspections allow us to better monitor the effectiveness of different treatments and to stay more proactive than reactive to problems.
There is no charge for returning to inspect areas in questions. If chinch bugs or sod webworms are present, the infestation will be treated at no additional charge. In addition, a quality control manager may come out unannounced to check your lawn and/or plants.
